IQ is full of high spirited, knowledgeable coaches and athletes. The energy and motivation that everyone provides is amazing. IQ is not a just another box it is a community of friends who become family. Anyone who walks in the doors becomes a part of the family.

I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit iQ. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-like, yet competitive and exciting. The owners are putting a lot into the place, making sure they have the best equipment and maintaining cleanliness. This box is so popular, they had to break down the wall into the next bay for expansion! Q, Nicole and Ian are superb trainers! They are supportive but tough.
Both novice and veteran CrossFitters will find a home at CrossFit iQ. With a diverse schedule, and classes that fit all levels, there's no reason to change your life or increase your performance today by joining CrossFit iQ.

CrossFit iQ is truly something special! From the fantastic people that make up iQ, to Nicole and Q our knowledgeable and helpful coaches, great programming, tons of equipment and space.. I've never been to a box like CrossFit iQ, it's one of a kind!

From the first time I did a WOD at Crossfit iQ I was addicted. The atmosphere is amazing, The trainers are very knowledgeable and the people there are so helpful. Never actually wanted to go to a gym, until iQ.
