A friend of mine has been bullying me to try CrossFit for a long time :). I always hesitated because of time and money constraints. Last year I had some pretty serious health challenges that changed my priorities quite a bit. So, I decided to try Crossfit because it is exactly what I need - strength training, small groups with lots of attention, and accountability. It is also NEVER boring.
I'm impressed by the workouts and the people at Crossfit - both the coaches and athletes. I love how excited and happy everyone is to be there. I am amazed at my progress and how much stronger I have become in 6-7 weeks. It's just outstanding. I ran 5 miles yesterday like it was a 1 mile stroll... I did 3 real push ups! My first ever :) I am also just really happy - and rejuvenated. Thanks

Great box, great programming, FANTASTIC COACHES who are extremely invested in each athlete. Daily WODs consist of a supervised warm-up, mobility work, strength component, WOD and finally a cool down. On days with a long WOD, obviously the strength component goes out the window. Coaches are highly trained, very safety conscious and really know their stuff. Can't say enough good things about my experiences here.
