CrossFit is Life Changing!!

If you have not done crossfit before, you are missing out!!! "CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied, if not seemingly randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity. It combines weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, rowing, kettlebell training, plyometrics, powerlifting, and medicine ball training. Our objective is to become proficient in all ten physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, coordination, power, agility, balance, accuracy, and speed. The WOD (workout of the day) is always different and can be modified to meet the needs of any athlete, regardless of age, ability, and fitness level."
I joined over a month ago and have already notice a difference! The people you meet, the drive to exercise, the support while your there and when your not (people reminding you that you did not show up!). Bill, Beau, and Luigi are awesome! Every class is well structured and you always learn something new! There is a great balance of learning something new and building on past WODs. You will work hard but the net result is worth it!
If you want to take your body to the next level and really get in-shape crossfit is for you!! You will have fun, enjoy exercising and see results! That and crossfit is addicting!
Fantastic place to WOD

Visited Crossfit Florian this morning to complete crossfit open 12.1 and I have to thank to coach who was judging me for pushing me through to achieve a PR. THe box itself is super clean and in a great area. Ample parking right next to the gym as well. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this box. oh and I think they have a kick ass t-shirt too. I will revisit whenever I'm in the area visiting friends.
