The first time I walked into Crossfit 610 I was pleasantly greeted by one of the trainers. I was offered a free class and returned the next day and was given a WOD to do, which was Helen. After completing my first WOD I knew I wanted more, so without hesitation a began the elements class and quickly became a member. The past few month have flown by as everyday is a new experience at CF610.

CF610 has everything needed to complete a good WOD, without the bells or whistles. I've attending CF610 for almost a year and every day I go, I get a fantastic workout. The coaching is amazing and the community built around the gym is outstanding. CF610 has everything it needs to kick your butt!
I Immagine this is How Crossfit Started

*editors note* This is my home box. Crossfit 610 is a very small box that is set up in an old 5 bay garage. Don't be fooled by the small size, the members have a lot of heart. parking can be a bit tough especially for the more popular 5pm and 6pm classes. Trainer Evan is very welcoming to new and experienced crossfitters alike and his dog ziggy is one of hte nicer dogs I've ever met (and I am NOT a dog person at all). note: the dog looks like a pit-bull but is not and welcomes new people..very well behaved. The gym is dog friendly so feel free to bring along your companion. Feel free to stop in for any of the offered classes.
