My review may be a little biased as I am a coach at Coppermine Crossfit for the last couple months. But that only sways my view of this box so far. There is a lot to having a great Crossfit box not the least of which is programming. With this box being so new the programming has been steadily challenging and consistent while at the same time accommodating the influx of new members. This is no small feat, especially with the different goals and fitness levels of so many people.
Another positive aspect of this box is the community that it has fostered. Just as it is difficult to program for that many people it is also interesting to see this many people from different backgrounds come together for the common goal of improved fitness and health. I applaud the coaching staff and owner for what they have accomplished in such short period of time.
It has been an enjoyable experience so far and I'm happy to be a part of it. I look forward to a long tenure here at Coppermine.
What a nice box you have...

I started CrossFit a few months ago and this was the first box that I tried (also the first that actually got back to me). It has been a great experience! The atmosphere is excellent with coaches that make you feel comfortable but give you enough of a push to keep you progressing and members that were friendly and encouraging. Even over the short time I have been here I have seen measurable changes in my strength and endurance and for the first time am exciting to come workout.
Coppermine has a great sense of community with the people that go and the coaches and is not the least bit intimidating for anyone, even a first timer.
I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
