I really enjoyed how I was welcomed. Jim is a very kind man who is very knowledgeable of fitness and nutrition. Talk about a wealth of knowledge! I would recommend that if you join, you attend a real early class so that you can be able to get the weights you need as sometimes they run out. Bring your own jump rope as well as the number they have is limited and you may end up with a rope that's too short or too long. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time to warm up and allow at least 15 minutes after class to cool down and stretch (this time isn't always fit into the hour schedule).
